Man Citeh have completed the signing of Reggina’s Rolando Bianchi with the Italian all set to rise to the challenge of playing in the Premier League after becoming Sven-Goran Eriksson’s first signing of the summer.
“I feel fine, I’m looking forward to this new adventure and I want to play as soon as possible,”
“It’s going to be a demanding challenge, it’s a new style to me but I think I will adapt very soon. It’s a very exciting challenge for me.” Bianchi said.
The signing of Bianchi also comes with the news that Swiss Under-21 captain Gelson Fernandes has signed a deal with Citeh from FC Sion for an undisclosed fee.
David Beckham was officially unveiled as an LA Galaxy player to an worldwide audience of media and supporters at the club’s Home Depot Stadium.

Ryan Babel and Yossi Benayoun were officially presented at Anfield as the Rafa revolution goes into overdrive.
“I listened to them and I got a great feeling about the club,”

“I am very excited to be at a big club like Liverpool and it is a dream for me.” Benayoun said.
“I had a good time at West Ham but when a club like Liverpool shows an interest in you then you can not refuse them.
Babel will be wearing the number 19 jersey while Yossi Benayoun will have the number 11 on his back.

Chelsea presented their fourth and final signing of the summer Florent Malouda in the United States in a deal worth £13.5 million.
The 27 year old who will be wearing the number 15 shirt, will be linking up with former team mates Didier Drogba and Michael Essien along with national teammate Claude Makelele in the Chelsea side and has spoken of his desire to prove himself in the Premier League and to win trophies.
“I came to Chelsea to try to win all the other competitions I have not won already. I think the group and the players here are very competitive and it will be a big experience for me.
“The English championship is very hard, it’s strong and you have to be at 150 percent every time. I hope that it will be a success for me.” Malouda said.

Ex-West Ham skipper Nigel Reo-Coker has finally joined Aston Villa on a four-year contract on Thursday night for £8.5million.
The 23 year old revealed the opportunity to join Villa was too good too miss out on and has set his sights on fulfilling his club’s European ambition.

Fernando Torres has completed his record breaking £26.5million move from Atlético Madrid to Liverpool after signing a six-year contract with a weekly pay package of £90,000 a week at Anfield.
The 23 year old will wear the number nine shirt for Liverpool and insist he is ready to work extremely hard to live up to his high price tag.
“The figures that have been mentioned are bound to bring an added pressure, but when you sign for a club like Liverpool you’ve got to bear pressure.”

Ex-England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson has agreed a three-year deal at Manchester City according to reports from Sky Sports.
Sven has agreed a lucrative three-year contract at Eastlands, as prospective Thai owner Thaksin Shinawatra’s advisors are confident the 59 year old Swede is the right man to bring Man City to greater heights.
The Swede trainer is also set to be handed a £50million transfer kitty which has led to speculation that a bid for Michael Owen is on the cards once Sven formally takes over the reigns at City.
British tabloid The Sun has managed to obtained an exclusive open letter from Barca bound Thierry Henry on why he is quitting Arsenal for Barcelona.
In the letter, Henry mentions the decision of manager Arsene Wenger not keen on extending his contract upon the end of next season and the departure of David Dein as vice-chairman as key reasons for his move to the Nou Camp.
“Arsene Wenger has said that at this moment he will not commit to the club past the expiration of his current deal, which finishes at the end of this coming season.” Henry said
“I respect his decision and honesty but I will be 31 at the end of next season and I cannot take the chance to be there without Arsene Wenger and David Dein.”
