Ex-Chelsea manager Claudio Ranieri has taken over the reins at Juventus as their new coach after Didier Deschamps left the Old Lady of Turin a week ago.
The Man City target had quit Serie A club Parma last week sparking speculation he was set to take over as Stuart Pearce’s successor at the Blue half of Manchester but Juve stole a march on Man City to tempt Ranieri to Turin in a bid to resurrect fallen giants Juventus who were demoted last summer after being found guilty of match-fixing.
