Chelsea left back Ashley Cole has been reportedly dropped for Saturday’s FA Cup biggie at Wembley against Man Utd.

Reports from The Evening Standard claimed that the ex-Gunner will suffer the “heartbreak” of missing the Wembley showpiece in order to make way for Wayne Bridge as Chelsea gaffer Jose Mourinho isn’t convince that Cole has recovered fully from his ankle injury.

The newspaper also claimed that Cole had done everything possible to be fit for the final at Wembley but boss Jose Mourinho has opted not to risk throwing him into a duel with Portuguese whizzkid Cristiano Ronaldo.
