Everton turn on the style in the second half to ripped apart Pompey defence for a 3-0 win to ensure a second Merseyside club heading for Europe next term. Mikel Arteta’s penalty and a header from Joseph Yobo in the space of three minutes midway through the second half was enough to seal the three points for The Toffees before Gary Naysmith’s diving header in stoppage time further rubbed salt into Pompey’s wounds.
