Burnley Vs Arsenal Highlights

Eduardo Da Silva scored after 9 minutes and provided another for strike partner Nicklas Bendtner as the Gunners were made to work hard before progressing into the fourth round with a 2-0 win at Burnley.

Andy Gray crosses from the right and Kyle Lafferty’s header smacks off the crossbar.

Kolo Toure scoops a pass over the top for Eduardo who controls the ball on his knee, delays his shot and then strokes the ball home.

Traore’s cross from the left looks too deep but Jon Harley doesn’t get a shout and puts the ball behind for a corner. In it comes and Gilberto’s thumping header is blocked on the line by O’Connor after it takes a deflection off Harley.

Eduardo releases Denilson down the right. The cross is deflected to Bendtner who unleashes a spectacular overhead kick which, luckily for Burnley, is too near Kiraly.

Fantastic chance for Eduardo to grab his second and put Arsenal 2-0 up but, after taking the return from Bendtner, he curls his effort wide of the post

Finally, Arsenal show their class with a brilliant second goal. They work the ball around in midfield before Eduardo hits a straight pass down the middle which Bendtner takes round Kiraly and slides into the empty net.
